In this fun 2-day workshop, let your imagination loose as Fran teaches you how to create a dynamic mosaic-like painting so unique, you’ll have viewers wondering how you did it.

 

Day One, you’ll create an “imprint” by “carving” into the molding paste.

 

Day Two, you’ll add the paint colors of your choice. Color mixing and elements of composition will be emphasized through guided demos.

Canvas – minimum size 16 x 20, maximum 36 x 36 8 oz. jar of heavy molding paste Palette knife and at least one kitchen utensil --fork, potato masher, grater, etc.Acrylic paint - 4 to 5 colors plus black.
